Why it matters
Your RSVP sets the food order
We order food against the RSVP count, so an RSVP is the difference between enough and not enough. RSVP even if you are a maybe. There is no penalty for changing your mind, and no ticket to lose.
A Harvard ID is required at the entrance. Grad Fest is for students at the twelve Harvard graduate and professional schools.
What to expect
Three hours, one lawn
RSVP and watch your inbox
We email the Yard map, the organization list and the run of show to everyone who has RSVP'd the week of the event.
Doors, and the org fair opens
Around 40 organization tables across Tercentenary Theatre. Food and lawn games open at the same time.
Live performances
Student groups play short sets on the Memorial Church steps, followed by a DJ.
That's a wrap
The Yard closes out at seven. Whatever you signed up for at a table, they will be in touch.

Before you ask us
Do I have to RSVP to come?
You will not be turned away, but please RSVP. The food order is built from the RSVP count, and the map and run of show only go to people who have RSVP'd.
Can I bring a friend from outside Harvard?
No. A Harvard ID is required at the entrance, and Grad Fest is for students at the twelve graduate and professional schools.
I'm at HBS and my email is not a harvard.edu address.
An hbs.edu address works on the RSVP form. If your address is rejected and it should not be, email gradfest@hgc.harvard.edu.
What happens if it rains?
Watch your email and the Harvard Graduate Council channels on the day. Any weather call goes out to everyone who has RSVP'd.
Is the event accessible?
Tercentenary Theatre is step-free from the Yard gates. If you need a specific accommodation, email gradfest@hgc.harvard.edu and we will arrange it.
